Day 7
free day  :)

Just FYI: I am a lacto/ovo vegetarian (though I no longer drink milk and don't eat much cheese because I don't seem to tolerate it well anymore [yogurt in small quantities still seems to be okay - yay!] ). The weekly meal plans I post here are a combination of what I plan and fix for myself as well as what I plan and fix for my honey (a meat eater and tolerater of dairy). I feel this gives a good representation of the meals we eat at our house while still remaining usable for others. Both of us are trying to eat clean and healthy with lots of veggies and less processed/packaged foods. What isn't on the meal plan are: the peanut m&m's that occasionally end up in my grocery cart (who put those in there?), the chocolate covered craisins or bowls of popcorn devoured while watching Netflix, and the snickerdoodles or chocolate chip cookies that are required by law to be baked and eaten any time the temperature stays below freezing for more than 3 days in row. I don't want to imply that if foods are not on this meal plan, they aren't being eaten because that would be false. This is the PLAN and by having a plan we are more likely to make good food choices most of the time.

There. I just wanted to clear up any confusion.
