This week's eats (4/27 - 5/3)

Random meals from the week, in no particular order:































1.  Lunch: butternut squash, spinach, and cheddar jack veggie shreds quesadilla (hers)
2.  Dinner: clean-out-the-fridge-salad with curried lentils, carrots, grape tomatoes, guacamole, and Walden Farm's calorie free dressing (hers) with chicken (his)
3.  Breakfast: multi-grain cheerios with strawberries (his)
4.  Snack: caramel flavored pop corn chips, fat free cottage cheese, and fruit (ours)
5.  Lunch: sauteed zucchini, tomatoes, and onions in garlic flavored olive oil (hers)
6.  Lunch: turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and hummus on a thin bun, veggies, and trail mix (his)
7.  Breakfast: green smoothie (his) Just kidding. (hers)
8.  Dinner: lemon garlic green beans, mashed sweet potatoes, and chicken sausage (his)
9.  Dessert: not-ice cream - 4 oz vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 frozen banana, 1 envelop sugar free hot cocoa mix, and 1 square dark chocolate blended together in the food processor (ours) (also -- YUM!)

Snacks, treats, and other munchies that we may or may not have eaten. Nah, we definitely ate them.










(I made 2 kinds of scones for a friend's day-after-the-wedding-brunch. The one pictured is maple bacon walnut flavored (his). I also made lemon blueberry almond scones (hers). And I have to measure nuts; otherwise my 'handful' serving is more like 3/4 of a cup....
