The meals here reflect meals I eat, meals my honey eats, as well as the meals we both eat. I swap a plant based protein for the meals that include meat and he goes meatless more than a couple times a week. We don't always eat the exact meal on the exact day but this kind of planning keeps us on track for healthy food choices and makes grocery shopping a breeze. A "free day" is figured in once a week to make room for a meal out and/or dessert.
