Life is complicated.

This workout isn't.

This workout uses simple, basic moves. It requires no equipment, not even a timer. There are 3 marching breaks allowing you to catch your breath so you can work harder during the working phases. For butt kickers, high knees, and marches, count each time the right foot touches the floor.

On your mark. Get set. Go.


1.)   30 jumping jacks

2.)   50 butt kickers

3.)   50 high knees

4.)   15 rear lunge with front kick, right

5.)   15 air squats

6.)   30 marches

7.)   20 jumping jacks

8.)   5 burpees

9.)   30 butt kickers

10.) 30 high knees

11.) 15 rear lunge with front kick, left

12.) 30 marches

13.) 15 jumping jacks

14.) 10 air squats

15.) 30 marches



Repeat 1-2 more times, just for fun.
